  • 9:00 Arrive at work

I eat breakfast and get ready to go to work.
I'm reading a book on the train while commuting.
After arriving at the office, I am trying to improve my logical organization and thinking ability by summarizing and organizing the contents of the books I read.
These are called "basic training" and I do this training every morning on weekdays.

  • 9:00-9:30 Reply emails / Check the schedules

I reply to the emails and messages, and check the schedule for the day.
I set the time lines on the premise that I am capable in completing them at the fastest speed.
I am always trying my best to get my work done at the fastest speed, so that I can improve work speed and efficiency.

  • 9:30-12:00 Dealing with BDP (overseas exe)

My job is to encourage BDP's smooth development.

    The points are
    ① quick information gathering
    ② close communication

In order to talk to the high-layer BDP on an equal footing, I am careful about how to communicate, such as talking in the conclusion first and communicating briefly

  • 12:00-13:00 Lunch break

I take a lunch break in the scenic break room.
Especially on a sunny day, the view from the 39th floor is superb.

The lunch break is a very meaningful time because I can often have conversations with senior and junior employees across departments.

  • 13:00-16:30 Appointment interview

The appointment interview is an important task to acquire the new project.
This work has 4 secrtions which are, into preparation, production interview, and post-interview work.

I make thoroughly preparations so that appointment interviews would lead to the acquisition of projects.
After the interview, I consider the interview result and the next action, report it to your boss, and prepare for the next action.

  • 16:30-17:30 Problem solving

I look back on my appointment interviews and find out if there are any improvements.

I am determined to "work every day as if it were my first day at the company," and I am eager to grow greedily.

Therefore, this time, I deal with issues, analyze them logically, determine the root causes, and develop improvement measures.

This is directly related to my growth.
Therefore, this is very important and meaningful work.

  • 17:30-18:00 Reviewing the day / Prepare for the next day

The work that B.P. performs is management work, meaning that it involves a great deal of discretion and responsibility.

Because of the high degree of difficulty, there is a high likelihood of failure if you do things haphazardly.

The key to success and preventing failure is to know the issues facing yourself and your business, think of ways to improve, and make careful preparations.

  • 18:00 Leaving office

On the train ride home, I read books about IT and make inputs.

I try to keep up with my studies so that I can surpass my bosses as quickly as possible.

After returning home, I go through my daily routine which are having dinner with my wife, taking a bath, and stretching my body.

My body is my most important capital, so I try to take good care of it.

  • 23:00 Going to bed

Before bedtime, I watch YouTube videos with my wife or play online mahjong.
    Relaxation time is also important.

Since I have the next day, I always try to go to bed before 12:00.
