・Interviewed over 1,000 new graduates in the first year of working.
・Appointed as Education Manager for Prospective Employees.
・Currently as the manager of the new graduate recruitment group, responsible for developing recruiting strategies and promoting team management.

What motivated you to enter the company?

I wanted an environment where I can engage in difficult and exciting jobs.
When I was looking for a job, I looked back on my life and realized one thing.
Whenever I was faced with a decision in my life, I always chose the difficult route.

I still clearly remember what the interviewer of Vision Consulting told me.
"The Business Producer position is extremely difficult. It's not a position you can manage half-heartedly. Are you sure you're ready for this?"

I intuitively answered "Yes." Coming across Vision Consulting is a fortuitous event in my life.

What is your current job?

Currently, as the manager of the new graduate recruitment group, I am involved in the "strategy, tactics, and combat" aspect of recruiting new graduates who will lead the future of Vision Consulting.

1. Strategy
In order for Vision Consulting to become the world's best company, we must decide, "how many and what kind of people to hire."
Managers who have established prestigious organizations value "who to work with" over deciding where the company is headed.
Based on this principle, we define requirements and set targets for recruitment.

2. Tactics
We need to devise methods to put the strategy into action.
I will examine and implement recruitment channel selection, recruitment marketing, selection process design, operation improvement, etc.
For each method I crunch numbers and repeatedly test hypotheses.

3. Combat
Lastly, we conduct job interviews and evaluations to carry out our tactics.
It is the most rewarding job as recruiters.
I also devote my energy to teaching our team members to achieve higher performance.

What are Vision Consulting's strengths?

An attitude of "thoroughly" following the management principles.
Principles include things that sound simple, such as, "do what's expected of you," "stay humble," and "don't neglect daily efforts."
However, there are only a handful of companies that can persevere this, and that is the determining factor of the company's success.
Thorough adherence to these principles is the driving force behind our employees’ motivation, which leads to the growth of the company.
