  • 1. Man to Man Training

    We provide generous 1 on 1 training.

    We assign a dedicated supervisor to every new employee. Training is appropriately tailored to each individual based on the level of understanding and proficiency.
    Once they are able to drive works on their own, they will be in charge of training their subordinates.
    By taking charge of training, we have established a system of mutual "human resource development," aiming for the effect of "retaining what has been learned through teaching".

  • 2. Internship program limited to offered employees

    You will be able to develop your extraordinary capabilities before joining the company.

    The internship program for offered employees allows you to improve your base skills, such as language ability and logical thinking, as well as gain practical experience in recruiting and sales operations.
