  • 9:00 Commute

I take breakfast and EAA (Essential Amino Acids) before getting ready to go to work.
I usually read a newspaper or a book in the train.
After arriving at the office, I summarize and output the contents of what I read to improve my summarizing ability and retention of the input.
I call this “basic training” and practice this every weekday.

  • 9:00-9:30 Check emails and schedule

I check through emails and messages I receive and the schedule for the day.
The day’s schedule is set by determining the “effect” and “workload,” and prioritizing my tasks.
I always keep speed in mind and focus only on important tasks, so that I can improve my work speed and productivity.

  • 9:30-12:00 KPI analysis / Devise measures

Based on my department’s KPI achievement, I analyze the cause and countermeasures.

There is a wide array of tasks for recruiting, like marketing, channel selection, requirement definition, recruitment flow review, and operation improvement, etc.

Looking at the data of what we lack from our ideal state, I map out ways to fill in the gaps.

  • 12:00-13:00 Lunch break

I usually buy lunch at a convenience store and eat it in the break room where I can enjoy a scenic view. The view from the 39th floor is magnificent especially on clear days.

I get to talk with colleagues from different departments and enjoy a nice lunch break.

  • 13:00-16:00 Interview

Interviewing candidates is the most rewarding job in the recruitment department.
We’re looking for people who can support the growth of the company.

We make meticulous preparations so that us and the candidates can deepen mutual understanding, and make the interviewing experience meaningful.

  • 16:00-17:00 Supporting members

I review other members’ proposals, and provide feedback and guidance.

“A boss’s mission is to help the members outgrow the boss.”

For this reason, I utilize all my experience, knowledge, and skills to guide members and give it my all.

At times, for the sake of the members’ future, I also set higher standards for them.

  • 17:00-18:00 Reflecting and tomorrow’s preparation

The managerial job that BPs perform entails great responsibility.

It being an extremely difficult task, things wouldn’t go as easily in the beginning.

You must face your personal, and the whole group’s issue, identify the problem, develop countermeasure plans, and execute it.

It’s a tedious job, but following this cycle is the key to success.

  • 18:00 Head home

On my way back home, I read books related to my job.
I try to keep up with my studies so that I can be the most skilled in my line of work.

Upon getting back home, I work out 3 days a week.
After workout sessions, I do stretches and have dinner rich in protein.

Since health is wealth, I look after my body with care.

  • 23:00 Go to bed

Before going to bed, I check the latest entertainment trends like anime, J-Rock, and K-pop.
We need time to relax too.

For good performance the next day, I always try to go to bed before midnight.
