What motivated you to enter the company?

I wanted to work in an environment where I could challenge myself in fields I could not have imagined, and where I could grow together with the company.
I am proud to say that I made the right decision to join the company based on the variety of projects I am actually involved in, the company's growth curve, and business development.

What is your current job?

I am participating in a project to systemize a new service using blockchain technology at a major trust bank.
It is a distributed framework known as Web 3.0, an innovative project that creates value across industries.
I promote projects by examining them from various perspectives, including the legal perspective of trust business and fund settlement, the business perspective of establishing and monetizing joint ventures, and the technical perspective of blockchain.
It is very rewarding to be involved in advanced projects.

What are Vision Consulting's strengths?

Solidity and "Unexpectedness."

The growth of the consulting market in the Japanese economy and the prompt provision of consulting services are solid points and support the company's growth.
On the other hand, some people outside the company may have doubts about the company's management goal of having the world's largest market capitalization, overseas expansion, and so on.
In a capitalist society, however, economic progress can be seen as synonymous with chaos.
Such unexpectedness may be confusing, but at the same time, I believe it is a source of growth and challenge for employees, cultivating it as a culture and leading to significant growth for the company.

Solidity and "unexpectedness" may be paraphrased as ambidextrous management of knowledge deepening and knowledge exploration, respectively.

For Job Seekers.

We have an environment where anyone can work as a consultant.

Human abilities do not vary greatly, and everyone has characteristics and strengths.
However, we would like you to recognize your own strengths and consider how you can sometimes work with your counselor to help you perform better.

At this time, great confidence or a strong will to accomplish something is not necessarily essential.
If you have the mindset that you want to try something, please enter our company!
