- Have consulting experience in a wide range of industries, including real estate, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, manufacturing, and finance.
- Engaged in research and PMO for large-scale system implementations.
- Have experience in managing a total of 500 people as a PMO.

What motivated you to enter the company?

1. Enthusiasm for the growth of the company as a whole.
I was first attracted by the enthusiasm of the executives to "make Vision Consulting No. 1 in the world" and their actual efforts to acquire customers. I wanted to contribute to the growth of the company.

2. Self evaluation
I was moved by the fact that the company evaluated not only my background and achievements but also my personality as the basis for their hiring decisions.

What is your current job?

I am participating in a system renewal project for a manufacturing client. It is a large-scale system and there are a lot of people involved. I always try to lead the project smoothly.
I also focus on training consultants within the company. Specifically, we organize pseudo-project teams and provide training. There, I provide feedback to our in-house consultants from the client's perspective to help them grow.
