What motivated you to enter the company?

I wanted to work as a consultant to contribute to the company and various clients using my experience while also growing personally.
Additionally, I was strongly attracted to Vision Consulting's pool system, which doesn't limit industries or domains, as I wanted to broaden my perspective beyond just the financial industry.

What is your current job?

I'm participating as a PMO in a project to revamp and migrate a client's internal portal site.
I'm involved in project management tasks such as progress management, issue management, and risk management, as well as verifying deliverables and creating materials for internal client coordination.
I strive to promote the project efficiently and reliably while listening to the client's needs.

What are Vision Consulting's strengths?

The speed from consideration and coordination to decision-making is very fast.
I feel this leads not only to the company's rapid growth but also to personal growth and work-life balance through reduced overtime.
Also, there are many internal members available for consultation or questions when needed. Based on various advice, we can find the best actions and approach for clients and ourselves.

For Job Seekers.

This is a company where you can fully demonstrate your strengths and challenge new things regardless of gender, age, or experience.
If you have any concerns or questions, you can consult with the recruitment staff and even speak with our consultants.
I look forward to meeting more female members to work with.
