-Engaged in consulting for PoC work involving AI and no-programming solutions for government projects.
-Experienced in a wide range of industries, including automotive and government sectors, covering everything from requirements definition to testing, operations, and maintenance.
-Possesses global development experience utilizing offshore teams in China and Brazil.

What motivated you to enter the company?

I decided to join because I was inspired by the company's founding principle of "creating a firm that defies industry norms.
Through my consulting experience, I felt uncomfortable with the lingering "hands-off" and "individualistic" culture that still exists in the industry.
I was drawn to our company's philosophy of "defying consulting industry norms" with the mindset of "if it doesn't exist, create it.

What is your current job?

Leveraging my experience with government projects and consulting at Accenture, I am currently involved in a government statistical system renewal project.
In this role, I work as a consultant to develop plans for AI and no-programming PoC initiatives. Additionally, as a PMO member, I am responsible for project management and proposing improvements.
To ensure effective project execution and help clients achieve their goals, I constantly consider the core purpose and strive to deliver a "TotalWin" outcome.
