・Worked for a major foreign consulting firm prior to joining Vision Consulting.
・Consulting experience in strategic planning, business reform, and system implementation in a wide range of industries, including government (Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications), mega banks, major trust companies, major credit card firms, super general contractors, major telecommunications companies, major heavy industries, and service industries.
・Strong in the areas of planning and facilitating workshops that incorporate the Design Thinking method in order to examine new solutions from scratch.
・Ability to handle the entire process from conceptualization to system implementation.
・Proficient with ISMS, NIST, P-Mark, and QMS.
・Currently also serving as a recruiting manager.

What motivated you to enter the company?

I joined Vision Consulting because my interests matched the following three points.

1. Career advancement
In Vision Consulting, you can not only provide value to clients as a consultant but you can also be involved in part of the company's management if you step up for the role. Therefore, I felt that it would be a good career development.

I was offered a higher annual salary than other companies I was considering.

During the interview, the hiring manager enthusiastically invited me to join them saying, "Let's grow the company together!”.

What is your current job?

In addition to consulting for clients, I am also actively involved in the following tasks:
1. Activities to acquire excellent human resources as a recruiting manager.
2. Advising the Information Systems Department as an in-house information security advisor from the time I joined the company.
3. Assisting in proposal preparation for new clients.
4. Counseling multiple consultants.

What are Vision Consulting's strengths?

We have a one-pool system for solving clients' issues, which enables us to have the right people available when needed.
Thanks to our one-pool system, we are able to make proposals to our clients that transcend industry boundaries.
I myself, am using my experience to help solve issues for clients in a variety of industries, including government agencies, super general contractors, major telecommunications carriers, major heavy industries, and major credit card companies.
