- Well versed in preparation of executive summaries and steering commitment for CxO classes in various industries such as finance, telecommunications, automotive, government, etc. while working for an international consulting firm.
- Engaged in BPR promotion, IT cost structure improvement, IT roadmap concept formulation support, and researches to improve system efficiency for local governments.

What motivated you to enter the company?

When I was looking for a new job, I had the negative impression from recruiters at other companies that they were carefully searching for negative aspects.

However, I received only a positive impression from our recruiters that they were trying to find the positive aspects and bring out the best in us, and I felt their strong desire to find human resources.

I was very interested in the kind of company that has such human resources and the kind of company that can promote this kind of recruitment so I strongly decided to join the company.

It is often said that HR is the face of the company and I feel it is not wrong what I felt during the interview.

What is your current job?

I am participating as a leader in an IT roadmap development project for a major infrastructure company.

Since the content of our study will have a close influence on future management decisions, the project is highly challenging and involves a lot of pressure.
However, I find much satisfaction and pleasure in contributing to the client's management.

In addition to the above, I am also in charge of in-house education/training as an instructor. I am impressed every time seeing the growth of employees through training.

What are Vision Consulting's strengths?

We believe that our strength is our human resources-first attitude.

For example, we do not have an up or out system or philosophy which is common in many consulting firms.
We always think about how we can up our employees as a company and we work together as a whole to improve the measures.
As a result, the current turnover rate is very low and we believe that we are creating the foundation to grow a large number of excellent human resources.
