Hiroshi Kozuka

【Career】

・Gained master’s degree in Informatics Engineering from Kyoto University Faculty of Engineering.

・Worked for McKinsey & Company and Nomura Research Institute prior to joining Vision Consulting as an Outside Director.

・Has a wide range of experience in both IT and business, including planning and execution support in business strategy, operation strategy and IT digital strategy.

・Also, has experience in global projects, including global business strategy and global human resource development projects.

・He is a co-author of “The reality of Digital Transformation”(Nikkei Business Publications, Inc).
・Have been writing a series of articles on Sankei Shimbun “Digital Compass” from August 2022.
