1.Branding Strategy
Vision Consulting, with the aim of becoming number one in the world, is selecting third-party evaluation organizations globally to assess our efforts and achievements according to both Japanese and international standards.
Currently, I am primarily communicating in Japanese, German, and English with third-party evaluation organizations in Japan, Germany, Singapore, the UK, and the USA, taking full responsibility for handling all evaluation processes.
In addition, when an award is granted after the evaluation, I consider PR strategies and disseminate information about Vision Consulting's initiatives and strengths to external audiences.
I am also involved in the overall branding strategy of Vision Consulting, including reviewing the content of the website, issuing press releases, conducting customer interviews, and more.
2.Marketing Strategy and Advertising Planning
I develop marketing strategies targeting the needs of sales and recruitment by highlighting the unique characteristics of Vision Consulting. The goal is to create awareness and generate applications or project acquisitions.
Additionally, I analyze and measure cost-effectiveness to determine the most effective measures, decide on advertising media and budgets, define the target audience and consider targeting methods, and develop advertising copy by considering differentiation and direction based on positioning relative to competitors. I am involved in all aspects of advertising planning.
I am taking on a variety of tasks related to public relations, and all of my work contributes to the growth of Vision Consulting. I find great fulfillment in my daily tasks and feel motivated to contribute to the company’s development.
