Career

- Joined Vision Consulting in 2021 after graduating University of California, Irvine Bachelor of business economics.
- As an intern, achieved "Top recruiting perfomance" and was appointed "Head of Bilingual Student Recruitment" from the first day of joining.
- Involved in the planning of overseas recruitment in general, such as exhibiting at overseas job hunting events.

What motivated you to enter the company?

There are two reasons why I decided to join Vision Consulting.
"A large amount of discretion" and " "Environment to work on a global stage"
These were the core values of my job hunting.

1. "A large amount of discretion"
I was attracted to an environment where I could engage in management with discretion from my first year with the company.
Discretion was essential, as I needed to learn management as fast as possible for my future goal (to start my own business in the U.S.).
Vision Consulting is the perfect environment for me to gain the fastest and broadest experience in management operations.

2. "Environment to work on a global stage"
Although offers from global companies and the overseas business divisions of major corporations were attractive, I decided on Vision Consulting, where I could be active overseas more quickly.
I want to use the language skills and international mindset I gained during my five years of study abroad in my work, and Vision Consulting provides an environment that allows me to do so from my first year.

What is your current job?

1. International Business Department recruitment planning
As a Global Business Producer ("GBP"), I am primarily responsible for planning the recruitment of new graduates.
I lead Vision Consulting's overseas expansion from a recruitment planning perspective, including determining recruitment targets, narrowing down targets, and formulating recruitment methods.

2. Team member management
I also manage and train other members.
From the formulation of training policies to the actual implementation of one-on-one training, I am engaging in "people management" that cannot be experienced in the first year at other companies.

3. Exhibition at recruitment event
We exhibit at recruitment events not only in Japan but also overseas.
We set goals, calculate cost-effectiveness, and then plan the exhibition and conduct seminars on the day of the exhibition.
I also travel overseas, so it is truly a "global way of working.

What are Vision Consulting's strengths?

I was appointed to the position of head of recruitment from the time I joined the company, in recognition of my performance as an intern.
The environment is not based on seniority, but on performance and ability, so if you work hard, you will be recognized and promoted.
When I talk about my work with my peers at other companies, they are surprised to hear that I am already doing such work.
As I move up the ladder, the work becomes more difficult, but I feel I am growing because of the learning and the experiences I gain.
In the future, I would like to aim even higher and grow to lead the company's growth as well as my own.
