We are pleased to announce that Chiharu Ishii will assume the position of President & Representative Director, effective February 1, 2025.

■ Chiharu Ishii’s Profile

–  Joined the company in 2018. Within six months of joining, he was promoted to Manager in 2019, marking the fastest promotion at the time. In 2020, he became Vision Consulting’s first Executive Officer, and in 2025, he assumes the role of President & Representative Director.

–  As a consultant specializing in strategy and IT, he has achieved outstanding results, consistently earning top evaluations from clients. Additionally, as an HR and PR executive, he has spearheaded numerous innovative initiatives.

Vision Consulting upholds a Performance-Based Promotion System, which allows individuals to seize significant opportunities based on their capabilities and achievements, regardless of tenure, age, gender, or background. This executive appointment is a true embodiment of that system.

Meanwhile, current President & Representative Director Daisuke Sato will assume the role of Chairman of the holding company (scheduled for transition to a holding structure in 2025) and will focus on strengthening the group’s management foundation and driving sustainable growth.
